Deploying Office via mac store with auth creds

I'm interested to find out if the following is possible:
- Deploy Microsoft 365 mac store applications (e.g Excel) purchased via apple business manager
- Deploy authentication credentials for Office business 365 subscription

This would result in the a mac store application being deployed and the user account already authenticated remotely. The reason I want to do this is so the user does not require to log in when they first open the mac store app.

Currently i can deploy the mac store app (eg excel) but the user is prompted to enter their office 365 sub credentials.

That's tough. Any reason why you folks went with the MAS versions instead of a serialized distro from MS? Perhaps that's the way it's done nowadays.
