Dear community, I am dealing with some strange behavior on iPhones 5c (iOS 8.0.2). The devices are set to "managed" with help of the apple configurator, afterwards policies are distributed from JSS.
However, some of the devices suddenly lose the managed status, the CA certificate and also the installed profiles. This just happened over night.
Hay anyone come across such strange behavior, and if so, what is the reason and what the solution for it? Many thanks

+10I've only seen this on OS X so far. My problem seemed to be bad communication during enrollment. Delete the device, re-enroll and works and stays the second time. This has only happened 3-4 times so far on 9.x for me. If you can replicate or happening often, escalate a ticket.
