I have an issue with my computers where after restarting, the dock policy I have executes on login like normal, but for the first login for any user, the applied dock is the default apple dock. Each subsequent login for an individual user will apply the correct dock, but if a new user signs in, they get the default dock again unless they Login/Logout.
