For Inner Authentication the protocols (used only with TTLS) available in Network payload of configuration profiles on JSS are: CHAP, MSCHAP, MSCHAPv2 and PAP. But the Network to which we are trying to connect ask for EAP-TLS as Inner authentication protocol. (check the logs)
