Encrypt all removable media - McAfee FRP

Hi all

Has anyone had any experience using McAfee File and Removable Media Protection to encrypt all external devices connected to the Mac ?

We're going down this road and just wondering if anyone has used FRP and if so what you've learnt
from the process.

I'm about to start testing it but i'm also looking to see if there are other ways that i can achieve what security requires without the need for McAfee. Maybe a way to detect any non network volumes and bring up a jamfhelper or Cocoa dialog if they're not encrypted, then either eject or encrypt the device ?
hmmn, more coffee!

FRP is super new, I would guess you are one of the 1st... I have an open ticket with Apple just for this issue... FileVault should have been able to do this years ago... : (

Thanks @gachowski

I'll put my findings here once i've had a test with it.
My goal is to stay away from McAfee and use make all removable storage read only via a JSS configuration profile, in testing it works great, even on SD cards.
