Enrollment Configuration Profile Import Error

I have a brand new 8.4 Windows JAMF server and I'm trying to create an Enrollment Configuration Profile to be imported using iPCU. I've created the profile, downloaded it to my iPCU computer. When I try to import the .mobileconfig file into the library so it can be installed on a mobile device I recieve the following error and I'm unable to install the configuration profile.

"The profile'<Profile Name>' contains entries that cannot be managed by iPhone Configuration Utility. Invalid entries will be removed during import. The profile on disk will not be changed." Then it shows the following entries being removed.

PayloadEnabled True
PayloadEnabled True
PayloadEnabled True
PayloadEnabled True

Any clues or suggestions? The only thing I have configured in the enrollment profile that needs to selected is the Enrollment Profile Name and the iOS version (which does match). Is this a known bug or limitation of the software?

I have this same issue. Then I get the "network" error when trying to install the profile on the device. I added the url to the Jss URL (http) setting as suggested in another article. Still didn't help.
