Enrollment log files

Hello everybody,

Before I open a case with JAMF I was wondering if one of you has experienced something similar has an idea on what I could do to fix this issue.

I'm running JSS on Windows 2012R2, one internal server with the database and one DMZ server without UI and DB connecting to the internal server. Both servers are member of Active Directory and users use their domain account to enroll. The DMZ server is behind an F5 that does the translation between https://xxx.com/enroll and https://realservername:8443/enroll. I was told that there are no port restrictions between the DMZ server and the intranet server.

Every few hours the DMZ server will stop authenticating users that go to https://xxx.com/enroll. The request just times out and the user is redirected to the login page again. I can reboot the DMZ server and enrollment will start working again for a few hours. I haven't tried to restart services to track own the issue since rebooting the server is pretty fast and good enough for now.

My question is whether or not there are log files on the DMZ server that would show the enrollment request coming in and the reason why JSS fails to authenticate the user and redirect to the quickadd.dmg download page.

Thanks for any hints and ideas.
