Sorry Casper-casters (like Stratocaster <-- a guitar) ... but had to let loose on this, cause on Microsoft site i'm just another annoying little Mac user with his i-Pad/Pod/Phone.
I've been dealing with this since Jan 2010 in pandemic proportions!
I did have an occasional cache error with maybe 2 laptop users every other month using Office:2008 v12.2.4 on Exchange 2003.
Office:2004 never had this problem .. other problems yes, but not this!
I went away for holiday the month of Jan and when I got back.... was like the plague!!!
Just about every mac, desktop, laptop, regardless the fact Nokia Sync phone or iPhone, macs at home & macs in the shop ... been doing months and months of testing.
We even updated our Exchange server to the 'latest & greatest' ..... then pushed out Entourage v13.0.4
(not really going into detail since this is not the forum but suffice to say the hair I've torn off my head is now growing back nicely)
Nothing!!
6 months later ...
Still nothing....
I have made screen shots for our users showing them how to empty cache in their everyday lives.
So when is the new Outlook for Mac coming? ... I personally think it's a 'upgrade squeeze' cause this will never turn to suit!
