Here is the error that is now rolling into my email constantly.

Any ideas?

We also get this one all the time now as well.

Looks like its dying on font collection. Can you temporarily disable font collection and try an inventory policy again? From the log, it ran into an error when collecting Fonts from the Guest account, or possibly whatever came after that.
I don;t know why it would be failing there, but it would be a first step to see if it can get past a full inventory without erroring out.

Took out the fonts and I still get the same thing

I had the same error message with my Casper 9.0 test server, but just for inventories on my 10.5.8 test box. Unchecking "Collect printers" allowed the inventory process to complete successfully. I was not collecting fonts.

This was also happening to me but only on computers that had a certain printer installed.
If I remove the collect printers options it no longer occurs but that is not a solution as I do want to collect the printer details for the machines

Was happening to me as well. Unchecking collect printers worked. I also would like this fixed so I can collect printers again someday..
