We are trying to publish a "self service" app (Comic Life).
We created the configuration, added which ipads to scope, uploaded VPP codes. Enabled self service. This all appears ok, but when a user tries to download the app it tells them "the offer is not available yet". Has anyone experienced this before? The app is available from iTunes. https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/comic-life/id432537882?mt=8
