Firefox Auto Updates

I see some older threads about turning off Firefox auto updates, yet I'm curious what people are currently using?
I'm starting the process of moving from 52 ESR to 60.
Currently I just delete the updated from the package yet that gives clients and error if I don't push the latest version in time...
