As I tweeted earlier this week, I'm relocating to Southern California next Friday. I'll be driving the 2,800 miles, stopping a few times to meet with family, and stopping in Texas to get water.

Just wanted to give a shout out to my boss Jeff Tamburino at Tamman Tech (jtamburino@tammantech.com), who I hope to cross paths with again some day.

@donmontalvo - Nicely done. And yes, welcome to SoCal! When I moved out here (right after the invention of the automobile it seems), I drove out with my best friend and all we had was what fit in the trunks of our cars.
Used CB radios to communicate, and made a go of it.

Hopefully we'll run into each other at SoCal JAMF gatherings. I've learned a bunch of stuff from you and others here. Safe travels...

Are you allowed to say Gun and live in California? Have you checked that what you are taking with you is legal in that state?

@nessts Yep, I used to go there every month or three when we managed the Macs at Warner Bros. I always visit LASD to say hi to friends/family on the force.
