Update:
So I removed this and used the Grammarly Desktop form the Jamf App Catalog and turn on the "Install supporting configuration profile" but no profile is installed and also with this option an admin user is still necessary.
Also use AutoPKG as installer and Installomator and generate everytime an new PPPC but same problem exist
any suggestion?

The "Install supporting configuration profile" function is for applications that need supporting configuration profiles to disable built-in auto-updates. You can also only have one configurations payload with settings deployed so I would recommend for Grammarly that you have a separate configurations profile(Uncheck Install supporting configuration profile) that contains that contains your PPPC settings. Also best practice would be to use the PPPC utility tool to make that profile. Tested that workflow in my environment and it works for me.

@IanMyers
thanks for your time, I used PPPC utility every-time, the only thing I did not test is the combination Grammarly Desktop from the Jamf App Catalog and build myself the PPPC.

@IanMyers So I used the Grammarly Desktop app from the Mac Apps -> Jamf App Catalog NOT using the "Install supporting configuration Profiles" but build with PPPC Utility my own PPPC for Grammarly thats installed and still asking for an administrator name for Accessibility.
