Hope everyone is well. I'm a recruiter working for EMBS based in the East Midlands UK. Currently trying to find an Apple support engineer for one of our clients. Is there anyone who can advise me on where would be a good place to look?
Based in or near the East Midlands (Derby/Nottingham/Leicester) though its like trying to find a unicorn!
Below are the job specs:-
Whats required:
At least 2 years Technical Support experience
Previous experience of customer service / helpdesk focussed role (ideally educational industry)
Ideally ITIL Foundation V3 or experience of
Ideally experience of working in an ITSM structure
Apple iOS deployment experience/knowledge
Apple Device Enrolment Program experience/knowledge
Apple Volume Purchase Program experience/knowledge
Apple Configurator 2 experience/knowledge
MDM experience / knowledge (desirable Jamf)
Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
Take ownership of user problems, pro-active when dealing with user issues
Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
Desirable:
Apple macOS experience/knowledge
Apple macOS deployment experience/knowledge
Jamf Scripting experience/knowledge
Apple macOS terminal experience/knowledge
Active Directory experience/knowledge
Apple Plist deployment experience/knowledge
Apple PKG creating and deployment experience/knowledge
Printer settings on macOS deployment experience/knowledge
