Hidden Accounts Visible After DEP Enrollment - Big Sur

We are running into an issue where we have a hidden account that gets created as part of our DEP process that is used for JAMF administration. Has always been added to the machine without any issues until Big Sur came along. Now we are seeing cased where when we enroll a new DEP enabled Big Sur system, when the user is presented the initial login screen, our hidden account appears as one of the login options. Typically at this point a technician will login and finish the required configurations/software installs and then reboot. Most of the time, after the reboot the account goes hidden as expected, but it isn't consistent. Has anyone else seen an issue like this?
