+2How can I change Device Ownership Type from Institutional to Supervised?
We inherited some iPads that we cannot enroll in DEP. I have them in the JSS but they are marked as "Institutional." How can I merge them in with my other devices? Any help would be appreciated.
+18Hi, the two methods I normally use to supervise them is DEP or Apple Configurator so it looks like configurator will be the way in this case.
+2I was afraid that was going to be the case. I did it via Enrollment Invitations. But that does not seem to give me the same options the DEP gives me to turn off passcode requirements, etc. Thanks.
