I'm trying to learn more about DEP and VPP, and Enterprise Connect.
I know Apple has direct reps, but they sure don't make it easy to find them.
On their Contact page, they list a number for Apple Enterprise Sales: (877) 412–7753. I called and spoke to someone who took my contact info (name, email, phone) and was told a rep would call me in 1-2 days. That a week ago.
Today I decided to try again. I found a number for Enterprise support and asked to speak with Enterprise sales. The friendly voice on the other end proceeded to connect me to the department I spoke to last Thursday.
They had a record of my call and said a request had been sent for a rep to contact me. But apparently, communication is one way, with no feedback. Maybe a rep got my info, maybe not.
If Apple uses territory-based reps, does anyone know the rep for Southeast Michigan / Metro Detroit?
