Not sure if this is macOS Big Sur bug, but we noticed if you were logged into an iCloud account and did NOT have iCloud Drive enabled once you upgrade, JAMF will begin reporting iCloud Drive enabled.
We also ran testing where an iCloud account was not logged into the computer, we upgraded to macOS Big Sur, then we signed into iCloud and JAMF will begin reporting iCloud Drive enabled.
Anyone else notice this? I already opened a ticket with support.
