Installing Adobe Captivate 5.5

I am relatively new to JSS and Casper and I am having issues creating a package for Captivate 5.5. I used Composer 8.1 snapshot to make a .pkg file that I then uploaded into Casper Admin. When I push the package with Casper Remote it will install but I get a "Configuration Error 5" when I launch the program.

I also looked into AAMEE but I'm not sure if Captivate considered part of CS5 and supported by AAMEE.

Should I be using AAMEE to deploy this or was I correct in attempting the snapshot first?

Good question!

Captivate is mentioned in the AAMEE documentation PDF, however, it's not specifically called out as a stand alone product. My assumption (yes, yes, I know...) is that so long as Captivate's installer is the same as the CS installer then it stands a good chance of working.

I have Captivate installed for one user but can't recall if I used AAMEE or installed it manually. If you're having issues with Composer's package then packaging with AAMEE is simple enough to test. If it's not supported then AAMEE should say so before attempting to package it.
