Keep getting quickapp.pkg instead of the normal MDM profile installs. Ipad wont install the quickapp when it downloads. Not sure why it changed the enroll process to this.

If it is just one iPad, perhaps Jamf thinks it is a Mac in error. Delete the record from Jamf Pro and enroll it again.
