iPad with passcode

Good afternoon.

I have a district ipad that has been wiped and is "ready to enroll" but another technician must have set a passcode on it. The ipad shows up in Pre Stage, but I can't click on the device to send a Command to clear the passcode. The ipad shows that its connected to WiFi. When I enter the serial number into the JSS, I can't find it. I can find it in PreStage, but like I mentioned the normal hyperlink to the device isn't there, so I can't access the normal page that would allow me to send a clear passcode command. Any help appreciated. I've been working with the JSS for just a couple months now, so I'm still learning.

Have you tried putting the device into DFU mode and restoring?
