Greetings jamf NATION
We have a few ipads that were never returned to the company.
The devices stopped updating inventory in 3/2020, i am assuming that the lack of inventory updating means that the device is no longer connected to jamf in a way we can manage it, correct?
Essentially we are paying for a device in jamf that we have no control of?
We are assuming that the devices are locked and that they are unusable. If we remove them that management goes away? But if they are not communicating/connecting to jamf, the management is basically not working anyway, correct?
