Issue with Apple ID

Since the release of iOS/iPadOS 13, I have had the issue that pretty much daily I am constantly being asked to enter my Apple ID. This is on a managed iPad 5th gen from my work. The thing that seems to work for a short while is hitting cancel rather than entering my password every few seconds.

What could the issue be? I'm not the only one. my colleagues are also having this issue.

Do you guys have e-books distributed by chance?

A few of our staff experienced this issue, it turned out to be users having signed into iCloud with several Apple IDs.
