Hello,
We've been having an issue updating VPP apps for several months. For example, Slack is showing an update in the apps store but when the user tries updating they get an error message. Attached to the post. This is happening all computers that have any VPP apps installed on the machine. No app-specific nor computer-specific.
The only fix that seems to work is the following:
Completely uninstall the Slack app on your machine Finder -> Applications -> Slack to Trash, empty trash as well.
Launch the Kira Self Service App Finder -> Applications -> Self Service
Install the Slack using Self Service
Any ideas for a possible fix
