JAMF 10.8 enrollment on 10.11

Hello, I am trying to test a package deployment to machines running El Cap (OSX 10.11). I made a virtual machine in fusion but when I try and enroll I get "installer encountered an error". I can't seem to nail down why this is happening or what to do about it.
