Product issue notification
Due to a product issue that prevents Apple School Manager from syncing with Jamf Pro, we are canceling the previously-scheduled cloud upgrade.
This issue only impacts Jamf Pro customers that use Apple School Manager. This issue does not impact customers that use Apple Business Manager. Cloud customers unaffected by this issue (i.e. not using Apple School Manager) are welcome to request an upgrade by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.

Standard Cloud Upgrade Schedule
Customers with Standard Cloud servers, including any free sandbox environments, will be updated to Jamf Pro 10.16 during your hosted data region's upgrade window:
Premium Cloud Upgrades
If you have a Premium Cloud instance, you are welcome to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org at your convenience to schedule an upgrade at a time that suits your organization’s needs.
