Update: October 20, 2020
Today we are making an update for Jamf Pro available to resolve an issue with database performance that may cause longer-than-expected upgrade times.

This update also includes an enhancement to Privacy Preferences Policy Control (PPPC) which allows screen recording and input monitoring for standard users. We’ve also added the ability for a standard user to complete the installation of legacy kernel extensions by rebooting their Mac from within System Preferences > Security & Privacy without having to provide administrator credentials.

Standard Cloud customers will be upgraded directly to 10.25.1 during this weekend's previously-scheduled upgrade.

Is there downtime with this upgrade, such as users wont have access to Self Service during the upgrade?
