We've just renewed our externally trusted JSS certificate, as part of this process we also need to add this certificate in the Certificates area of the mobile devices Prestage Enrollments.
However when I am trying to delete the old certificate, Jamf Pro just gets stuck with the swirly circle and does not perform the action.
Can anyone advise what we need to do?

@DanJ_LRSFC What web browser are you using? There have been issues with the Jamf Pro console in the past with Chrome and Firefox, so if you're using one of those try Safari (and if you're using Safari, try one of those).

It works in Safari, but does not seem to work on literally any other web browser. How odd.
