I never used JAMF protect in production. I was looking for some example in our daily life where JAMF protect is useful and JAMF Pro wont be able to do it.
Otherwise, some real world examples of what we use Jamf Project above its normal AV/EDR capabilities for its having full visibility and a historic audit trail of all Screenshots, Airdrop transfers (inbound & outbound), All printing being done and also auditing/controlling USB storage transfers. (we chose Jamf Protect to do latter over our main cross platform security tool as that didn't have the ability to check even if the approved USB storage was encrypted for not)
