Hello Everyone,
We have an open support ticket but I wonder if any of you have seen this lately.
We moved to a Windows VM server for our JSS. Initially for a month, we ran as 10.10.1 on the new server. When everything appeared stable, we updated the server to first, 10.13, we found that was a requirement to move to 10.14. We are now on 10.14, however, when attempting to sign into the JSS or using Jamf Remote, the login fails and the app or login times out.
After a bit of closing and reopening Jamf Remote, the login will begin to work again. We can't seem to pin point what is causing this. Do any of have this happening? Just curious what the community has seen.
