Join wifi via script

Our current wifi is based on AD authentication. Is there a way to connect a particular machine using the bound account to the wifi network via bash or apple script?

Sorry to be devil's advocate and maybe I don't have all the facts, but if you are authenticating to WiFi via AD creds, then you might consider doing actual 802.1X support. That's what we had to do...I don't necessarily enjoy all of the annoyances of 802.1X, but at least you would be dealing with standard profiles and what not and could revoke certs that way if you need to.
