my account specifically is set as an Admin on the JSS and as such I have full rights to everything. I'm trying to get some of our desktop support folks access to the JSS for very limited things. We are using AD accounts and I have an AD group specified as having Custom privileges. One of the guys logged in and I noticed that when he clicks on the icon for his account in the upper right, he does not have an option for Notifications. I can't seem to find the setting to allow the techs to get notifications. Is that an admin-only setting?
