I know a lot of K12 schools are treating Apps as consumables, but we currently are not. I am looking to put together an in-house approval form for the teachers to fill out to request a paid app. Anyone else using something similar? This is primarily for the princapls approval and to do a journal entry for our bookkeeper.

Hey Kelly,
We don't have a form (yet) but here are a few links of examples that I've collected to help me when I do get around to creating an app approval form like the one you described:

I'm planning to use a Google Form and have teachers fill out the online form. That way all the info will go into a single document stored on my Google Drive.
Good luck!

Hello K,
At Sibley East we RSchools today web site, and used the built in eform to create the app request sheet. Here is a link to it. http://www.sibleyeast.org/page/3949/category. IF the link is not working just click the back buton on the page then click on iPad app request on the right
Hope this helps
Nathan
