I hope I am wrong, but it looks like line or paragraph breaks are not possible in Self Service 7.3.1. Am I correct?

If you are referring to HTML mark up, that is not true. I have self service policies that have line breaks, paragraphs, links that open new windows, pictures, and even once embedded a youtube video.
What happens when you try to add paragraph tags in your policy description?

Just use standard html markup ( <br> & <p> </p> for instance)

Okay, html markup works. I originally tried it but was not doing it correctly, so I mistakenly assumed it was not possible. I need to brush up on my html.
Thanks for the heads up!

I am a big fan of the <pre> tag
