We have a user who just received a new MBP. She is complaining that she cannot login to it offsite. Our Macs are bound to a domain, the configuration profile this Mac and all our Macs receive has mobile profiles enabled. I just tested with a brand new MBP, logged in with a domain account, logged out, no network connection and was able to log back in without issue. JSS shows the domain account I used to login.
Her MBP only shows our Admin account and a blank profile. I don't know if our users somehow screwed up her Mac but I suspect it's her. We returned a Mac she just bought for a different reason, she was claiming it was a lemon even though we found no evidence.
I know this is strange but does anyone know why the profile wouldn't be showing up correctly or be showing as blank?
