We have had a few users recently that have had some issues login in to their machines. At the EFI login Window they log in as normal. The traditional login Window then loads but the users account does not show up. If we log in with our IT Admin account and launch Users & Groups the user account show up.
The only way to get around this is to backup data, delete the user account and re-create it.
All users accounts are local accounts that have been encrypted using a FileVault policy in JAMFPro.

Dumb question, but are these user accounts allowed to unlock the disk? System Prefs > Security and Privacy > FileVault

Yes they are. The accounts have been working fine for some time, but this has happened on both accounts in the same week.
