Has anyone had trouble getting MAC addresses from Apple before they ship machines? Our rep told us they cannot do that, but I swear I've heard folks say that they have requested them from Apple and have had success in putting that information into pre-staging.
Your feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

In the past when we've requested it, we were sent an spreadsheet file with the serial numbers and MAC addresses of the units we ordered. We only requested it once, but we did get it.

I think they can provide serial numbers. Not so sure about MAC addresses.
Serials should work in pre-staging anyway, if I remember my training class
right.

We have gotten CSV files with serials, but you can always scan the MAC
from the box, as it should have the bar code sticker on it. I think at
one point in time you could get a file with all the MACs too, but I
think Apple stopped doing that.
