After setting up an iPad using configurator and enrolling in Casper, on first use we ran into a problem with a user Apple / iTunes account where the terms and conditions had changed and the user was prompted to agree to the updated ones. Once the user agreed to the new ones the user got a message telling us her account was temporarily unavailable. This mean't that self service didn't install or the apps that the user needed.

We also weren't able to ignore the Casper configuration and install the apps direct from store for presumably same reason
