Manually renamed iMacs keep renaming to Baseimage (XX)

Recently we did a large rollout of a Mac image to about 60 assorted iMacs of differing ages. The latest hardware which is the retina display Mac that we purchased about 6 months ago re-imaged with the computer name 'Baseimage (XX)' instead of its designated name.

We then went around manually renaming the computers and they are reverting back to the Baseimage name.

Any ideas about how to remedy this situation?

The only thing I can think of is to double check that none of your policies have this set in the Maintenance payload:

We do have that set but the logs don't show any activity of changing the computer names back to Baseimage.
