Hey guys,
is there any way to push the configuration profile EDU manually?
Or exists a walk around to force a push of EDU profile?
EDU profile is missing on almost the half of 400 iPads.

@f.mathe We have found if we restart the Apache Tomcat service, the Install Configuration Profile EDU starts to come down as a management command.

I came across the same issue, but there must be a better solution then restarting the tomcat service, and update inventory does not do the trick.

Bonjour, j'ai le même problème ...
Lorsque j'enrôle un iPad le profil EDU ne remonte pas par contre si un iPad est configuré et que je le connecte à mon réseau wifi le profil EDU remonte bien !
Étrange non ???

How can we restart TomCat if your a cloud customer? We just moved to the cloud and none of my ipads have received their edu profile as of yet (3 weeks and counting). Just opened a ticket on it.

@gcarmichael If you are hosted you will open a ticket with Jamf. If they recommend a Tomcat restart they open an internal ticket with Cloud Services to get it done.
