I was pleased to find out that the Office 14.3.2 update only requires 14.1. Microsoft's KB and download links state conflicting information. The download site claims a requirement of 14.1 while the KB claims you need 14.3.1 installed.

Yeah, there was a discussion on this yesterday. I was pleased about that too (the roll up upgrade, not the inaccuracy :)
Its not the first time I've seen conflicting or flat out wrong information on Microsoft's kb articles for updates. I have pointed out inaccuracies to our Microsoft support reps before.
Apparently the development team and the documentation team don't communicate so well. :/

I just did this today and those are the packages I installed:
Office with SP1
Update 14.3.2
Error Reporting 2.2.9 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35382)
AutoUpdate 2.3.6 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35381)

Which one is accurate?

I upgraded from 14.1.0 to 14.3.2 with no hitches.

KB is updated too. I see 14.1.0 as prerequisite for 14.3.2 now.

It works for me from 14.1.0, and that's been the general feedback here on JN.

Just a 'Heads Up'....
We had a user report an issue with not being able to send emails to contact groups after Outlook was updated to 14.3.2.
I haven't had any time to look into it but here are 2 discussions:

I just installed Office with our Volume license installer on a clean OS, then 14.1.0, then 14.3.2. The last update blew away the license, leaving me at the serialization wizard on first launch. It were as though no license had ever been present.
I started again, and launched Outlook after the initial installation of Microsoft Office, then applied the updates. The product retained it serial number, and prompted me to upgrade the database.
This is a big problem if one intends to roll out Office 14.3.2 to new machines.
