NetSUS automatic approval of updates

We are using NetSUS 5 currently with only one branch and automatic approval of the updates. We are interested to make a second branch for a little test group that could test updates first and let's say after week we update the rest if test group doesn't find anything fatal.

I've tried searching Reposado manuals and NetSUS manual for the best practices but came up with nothing. I know the approval process is really easy and quick but we are running small team and automation would make it one less thing to remember to do.

You might want to take a look at repotoddy. you can script it to run on certain dates ( like the 2nd of the month ) or days( 3rd Wednesday ). It will move approved updates between branches. I have used it both ways with Jenkins.
