i am not able to enroll the device its stuck on CAcertificate and MDM certificate

Possibly try to start complete enrollment process all over again? On iPad go Settings - general - reset - Erase all content and settings (hopefully this option will still be available; which it wouldn't be if it had enrolled properly!)
