(Off-topic) How do you bulk purchase and distribute eBooks?

Hi everyone,

Sorry for being a little bit off topic, but we're trying to figure out what are the best solutions out there for bulk purchasing and distribution of eBooks. We don't have VPP for eBooks in Germany, and we're looking into solutions where the licenses don't stay with users after they have been redeemed or used.

Nothing? Does noone buy books in bulk and distribute them to devices / students? We obviously know about the Apple way, but we don't want the users to keep the licenses.

Not sure of any other way other then getting a copy of the iBook yourself and hosting it on your own server. This would obviously violate copyright and you'd need to make sure you have the licenses but it was the publishers decision to make sure iBook licenses are not allowed to be re-distributed.

Aren't there any systems out there that would use Adobe's DRM for distribution of school books?
