Got a weird issue, got a MBP 6,2 that I'm trying to netboot from. I can
see it hitting the NBI in the logs, then just goes silent.
When they hold down Option, then press N, the 10.7 shows up, they select
it, then they get the spinning globe then boots to the OS already on the
system.
I restarted the NB service, didn't make a difference, and I can boot
other systems just fine.

Firewall on on the server? I've had a few ports I've had to open recently that I didn't before to get NetBoot to work on a few machines though I don't recall if MacBookPro6,2 was one of them. I found them by turning on the logging on the firewall and netbooting with verbose mode. (CMD-V) so you can see what's going on with the client side.
