Apple Configurator was upgraded from 1 to 2 on the old macbook air which had all the blueprints.
could not apply the blueprint on the new ipad as the old macbook version was 10.13.6 and was getting certificate error.
Used a new macbook air and copied the blue prints from the old macbook but the organization information was lost and doesn't appear now for exporting from the old one.
On the new macbook , getting an error "The pairing between <devicename> and this computer is prohibited by a policy (a Configuration Profile) on the device."
Tried to build a new organization but still no luck on the new one. Still getting the same error or "Pairing is prohibited by a policy"
