OS 10.7.5 and Active Directory
Able to successfully bind to Windows AD 2008 R2, via dsconfigad, all set there.
OS X / AD will not let me log in directly after Casper Imaging is complete and does its reboot.
I have to login as admin first, log out, then I can login as AD user. Weird.
Thx,
John K

OK, just did a test for curiosity sake.
If I do a 10.7.5 image by itself (solo) in Casper Imaging, no binding in Casper.
Login as admin, and bind manually with my dsconfigad script, then logout.
I can can login straightaway with AD user login.

Hi John.
I've found some issues similar with our setup, but it lets us use AD credentials to log in if the computer has rebooted once more after the imaging. Ive seen the issue in my testing of 10.7 and 10.8, and was thinking about scripting up something to force another reboot after imaging has finished, just haven't got around to it yet.
Have you tried another reboot after imaging, or will it only work after logging in as admin?
