Overriding Restrictions

I am looking at JAMF comparing it against the MDM solutions that we are currently using. I have PoC in place looking at the features.
What I cannot find is the ability to do from the UI is to temporarily override restrictions.
For example, in my current MDM let;s say I want to change the name that is normally not possible due to restrictions, I can set an option to temporarily override restrictions to change the name on the device.
I understand that I could simply remove the restriction, make the change and then re-apply the restriction.
However if anybody knows a way to achieve what I am looking at I would appreciate it.
