Poll Everywhere policy not working

Hi everyone,

I want to install the application Poll Everywhere on all machines. I created a smart group that finds the machines that do not have Poll Everywhere installed. I created a Policy that any computer within that group will have Poll Everywhere installed. Unfortunately, it's not installing on the machines. I have set it up exactly like one of my other policies, which works fine. Does any one know why this would happen? d621a2470a20447db7977ccfb0f3b090

hmm...in a case like that, I would add a custom trigger (call it custom_trigger or something) to the policy and then, on one of the computers you would think would be in scope for this policy, go to the terminal and run the policy using

jamf policy -event custom_trigger -verbose

The terminal will provide more details why the policy is not running.
