I am completely new to Jamf pro and I need to set up 30 iMacs for a music suite. I did get help in setting up the prestage enrollment settings and successfully set up a Mac with auto-enrollment. The issue is that I can't remember what I set the local administrator account password as, under 'Account Settings; in the prestage enrollments section. So I have now changed this but it isn't reflecting through on the Mac.
Would I need to wipe the Mac or remove it from MDM and add it again for the local administrator account to be added?
Thanks

It sounds like you just need to change the password on those Macs, which you can do via Jamf Pro. Take a look at the accepted solution for this question:

Thanks, I have tried that and created a local admin but still can't log in or see it on the Mac.

Do you have FileVault enabled? The new account you created probably is not FileVault enabled? Do you have any account (admin or standard) that you can login to the Mac with? If so, that will unlock the computer. Then Log Out (don't restart) the computer and login with a newly created Admin account.

I have managed to login with Administrator again by wiping the device and re-enrolling. Its just the one iMac as are testing before we deploy onto the remaining. Thanks for all the suggestions.
